Great post! I definitely believe that clean eating is a huge part of staying healthy! I love the tips in this post (especially the lemonade! 😋). I would love to try them!
I can vouch for the lemonade. I made it last night for the first time. I used Meyers Lemons which are a cross between a lemon and a tangerine. This made it less tart and more sweet. My husband and I loved it. My son (13), gave it a sniff, said: “Smells like flowers”, gave a sip, said: “Smells gross like flowers but delicious”. LOL That flower smell didn’t stop him from finishing it off. The rosemary was there, just a hint of it that leaves you asking….”What is that?” It was definitely a make again for us.
😂🤣Kids and teens can be picky and a handful! Lol. Glad your son decided to give it a try anyway! I love that you sweetened it with natural sugar. That’s definitely something I need to try more, because I have an issue with consuming too much refined sugar!
